In search of a new truck
We spent one weekend in Denver looking for a new truck for Brandon. While we were there we went to Casa Bonita's, Downtown Aquarium and Miniatures Museum. The kids had a blast and loved watching the cliff divers, and loved the fish and trying to find "Nemo" they did find "Dory". Of course they loved swimming at the hotel too.
Well we thought we had something found in Denver only for it to be sold. So the search was on again, this time our search brought us to Jackson Tennessee. Is there any better way to spend spring break than on a road trip? Left Tuesday night and arrived back home late Friday night. And we brought home our new truck. The kids were exceptionally well on the trip! Just wish we could have done a little bit more site seeing!

Happy Birthday Cooper, Big number 4
It has went by too fast!! Cooper is now 4 years old and thinks he is the boss of everyone! We had a Scooby Doo party and had the grandparents join us for pizza, Scooby cake and ice cream. The kids played downstairs and loved the new toys!
The Family
Christmas 2008
Christmas is my favorite time of year and probably Blake's favorite too. I have never seen a kid get so excited just over the lights and Santa Claus, he doesn't even need the presents, he would rather it be Christmas time everyday! Brandon got excited this year too and decorated the house with quite a few lights. Next year should be even more elaborate after hitting the after Christmas sale, and getting more lights. We enjoyed hunting the perfect Christmas tree. Cooper even picked one out just for the kids to put downstairs. They decorated it all by themselves!!!
Halloween 2008
Well another themed Halloween, we went from "The Wizard of Oz", to "Peter Pan". The kids had a lot of fun we just made it to Grandma and Grandpa Karney's and Great Grandma and Great Grandpa Karney, and Great Grandma and Great Grandpa Elam houses for trick-or-treating. We also went the day before. The boys spent Halloween handing out candy, because our street is the busiest around town, they had more fun doing this than trick-or-treating for themselves. They also attended the Community Center Halloween party with their friends and my friends from work. They brought home lots of treats and Cooper even won second place for his Captain Hook costume. He was excited but shy for the newspaper picture!
